CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order can only be cancelled if it is not dispatched yet. Please contact our customer support team to cancel.In such circumstances, the cancellation of the order will solely be the company’s decision.Orders that have already been sent cannot be cancelled.

REFUND POLICY

Only products that have been damaged in transit, products with physical defects, or products that have been shipped incorrectly will be accepted for return. In order for us to accept the request, an email with pictures of the damaged/incorrect product must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the product.

If the product has been used, the seal has been broken, and/or the serial number has been tampered with, returns will not be accepted. Naturepro  will examine the returned product and confirm the claim once it has been received.

If the return is approved as eligible, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is determined to be inappropriate for return, it will be returned to you via courier.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the payment to you in the original form of payment (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 days of receiving your request.We will refund the payment to your bank account for COD orders within 21 working days of receiving your request.
